Our apartment complex has a pool so one evening we thought we'd take Carter for his first swim. He has dipped his toes in Bear Lake, but technically that isn't swimming. :)

Once he got over the initial shock of getting into cold water it wasn't so bad. He had a few gasps as he went farther in the water but he got used to it quick. :)
Just hanging out.
I put Carter's hand in the water to see what he'd do. For some reason he thought he was supposed to eat the water. He kept putting his hand back in and then sticking it in his mouth. I can't imagine it tasted very good.
Carter seemed to enjoy the water. We'll have to do it again!

I remember the first time we took Boston - he did not like it at all for the first few minutes - we have pics of him screaming his head off lol. Glad Carter gave it a chance! so cute!
